Euphoric over the birth of his granddaughter, Ed happened to gaze upon a HERSHEYS chocolate bar and thought to himself HERE SHE IS. Equipped with a computer, printer and great imagination, Ed soon had a stack of pink wrappers announcing Elises arrival. He took the personalized birth announcements to the hospital and not too long after Elise was born, Wrapped Hersheys (WH) Candy was founded. By 1995, through word of mouth, this small business had expanded its reach to all 48 continental United States.
