Just Right Properties, L.L.C. (JRP) has been in business as a property management firm since 2002. Principal partners have been involved with real estate investing for over 15 years with nearly 40 years combined experience. During the 15 years, partners have been out-of-state investors as well as local. Currently JRP manages approximately 150 properties and also holds 30 investment properties in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. We manage properties for both local and out-of-state investors. JRP manages single-family homes as well as multi-plexes, and apartment buildings. We currently have less than 10 vacant units with applications pending on several of them. Our average annual vacancy rate is 5%. We have very aggressive leasing practices with units typically re-leased within 30 to 45 days.
