In 1910, Guy Justus started his new home building business, the Justus Contracting Company. For the next 50 years, the Justus Contracting Company built homes and developed neighborhoods that were known for their quality and value. In 1962 Guys son, Walter E. Justus unveiled The Crestwood Concept and broke ground on Crestwood Village East. The Crestwood Concept was founded in the Justus familys mission to plan, develop, construct and manage the highest quality housing communities while providing an affordable lifestyle for our valued customers.
