Joint stock company Kazakh-Russian-Kyrgyz joint venture with foreign investments Zarechnoye has been established for development of Zarechnoye uranium field located in Republic of Kazakhstan. Uranium One (https://uranium1.com) has a 49.98 percent indirect interest in the Zarechnoye uranium mine through the Zarechnoye joint venture, a Kazakhstan joint stock company NAC Kazatomprom (https://www.kazatomprom.kz) holds an equivalent 49.98 percent interest; the remaining interest is held by a Kyrgyzstan JSC Karabalty Mining Combine.
