JVS Contracting, Inc. began operations in 2005 as a privately owned corporation. The owner, John V. Simon, Jr., has more than 35 years experience in construction, demolition, recycling and solid waste. Based in Tampa, JVS also has locations in Largo and Bartow, Florida. We are a State of Florida licensed General Contractor, Underground Utility & Excavation Contractor and Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor. Our many disciplines include underground utilities and site work, demolition and dismantlement, earth-moving and mine services, and stone and aggregate recycling. JVS Contracting, Inc. has the staff and equipment to complete projects in excess of $10 million. Our wide range of experience and extensive equipment fleet enables us to work efficiently and meet schedule deadlines.
