JYC-NCL Pte Ltd was incorporated on 7 August 2001 by: * Jian Yu Construction Pte Ltd (experienced construction company) * NCL Housing Pte Ltd (experienced dormitory operator) JYC-NCL Pte Ltd is committed to design, build and operate worker dormitories for SCAL members. The SCAL Dormitories located at 21 & 41 Soon Lee Road were built and declared operational effective in Dec 2001 and June 2004 respectively. Current total capacity comfortably houses 6000 workers. JYC-NCL Pte Ltds main objective is to provide condusive and safe accommodations for foreign workers working in Singapore in the construction industy.
