In early 2001, having identified the demand for modern port facilities on the Island of Bioko in Equatorial Guinea, K5 Freeport Oil Centre selected and began to develop a site on the airport road of Malabo at Kilometer 5. With an abundance of suitable lands available, and boasting good facilities, the site became the location of the companys logistics centre. Benifiting from a strategic position in the Gulf of Guinea, we are now a reliable and cost-effective hub from which to distribute goods and supplies along the entire West African region. We can provide more than 800 meters of quay for the Supply Vessels operating within the region, as well as for Transoceanic Vessels operating in the Atlantic, between Houston, Rotterdam, Cape Town...
