Kalo Companies

Kalo Companies was founded in 2009 by its owners, Angelo and Kimberly Crowell. Since opening their first location in 2010, Team Kalo has grown its ownership of Jersey Mikes Subs restaurant franchises to 40 stores located across Florida, Georgia and Alabama, with up to 21 more stores under current development or under an acquisition agreement and expected to finalize in 2022. Its goal is to reach 100+ units. Angelo and Kimberly were awarded 2016 Economic Development Champions of the Year for their entrepreneurial impact on the Tallahassee economy and also recognized by Jersey Mikes as the organizations Rookie Franchisees of the Year in 2011. Angelo was recently recognized as a Most Valuable Performer and received the Influencer Award for Former Pro-Athlete at the Multi-Unit Franchising Conference in Las Vegas.
