Kanchi is a multi-award winning social enterprise whose mission is to unleash the power and value of the 1 billion people globally with a disability. We do this in partnership with the worlds most influential business leadership. In Kanchi we believe that to drive economic empowerment of people with disabilities, the business community has the greatest capacity to lead this change. When business values the disability community as customers, talent, and part of the communities they serve, people with disabilities will be more included, employed, retained and will have access to products and services that provide a way of life many of us take for granted. To enable business leaders to be catalysts we have to ensure that they are informed, skilled, and supported in a way that makes business sense.
