Kansas City Testing & Engineering, LLC (KCTE) was founded in October, 2009 as a woman-owned engineering consulting firm located in Kansas City, Kansas. KCTE is proud to be certified as a DBE and WBE business by the City of Kansas City, MO, KDOT, MoDOT, and Iowa DOT. KCTE is proud to have brought back the historical name of Kansas City Testing to the local area. The history of our office dates to 1894 when it was founded as Kansas City Testing Laboratory. KCTE offers Construction Materials Engineering and Testing, Geotechnical Engineering, Drilling and Environmental Consulting services to a wide range of federal government, state government, local municipality, and private sector clients.
