Kantar Operations delivers competitive advantage to Kantars operating brands and their end clients through innovation, automation and operational expertise. With over 6,000 staff in 69 countries, our operations powerhouse is founded on three core teams which are committed to working in an integrated way. Our local teams provide in-market expertise and connection to local consumers and clients. They account for just under three quarters of the operations community. They are backed up by a network of expert Delivery Centres based in India, Europe, Latin America and the Philippines. Numbering just over a quarter of our team, they provide deep functional expertise on a range of researcher services. Working alongside the local teams and the Delivery Centres is a small group of Technical and Commercial specialists. They manage a wide ranging set of responsibilities relating to global accounts, survey platforms, online tools, technical support, sampling and procurement
