Karabi Community & Development Services Inc. is an organisation which began in 1987 as a small not-for-profit community organisation. Before 1987 it was known as Toongabbie Community Services. Through commitment and support of local community members and a small team of workers, the service expanded to develop into a key organisation delivering services, activities and events through our three Neighbourhood Centres located in Constitution Hill, Seven Hills and Wentworthville covering the local government areas of Blacktown, Cumberland and Parramatta
