Since 1974, the Karan family have expanded operations to become the largest beef producer in Africa. Today, we accommodate up to 210 000 head of cattle at the Heidelberg Feedlot, Nigel farm and our multiple holding stations. Weve grown and transformed our Heidelberg farm south of Johannesburg into a 2 330-hectare fully integrated business unit. We recently expanded our operation by purchasing the old Manjoh Ranch farm, now known as Karan Beef Nigel.
