Karcan Cutting Tools Inc.., was founded by Umit Gezer in order to manufacture Carbide Cutting Tools in 1996 in Eskisehir Turkey where has been a center of industry and production. Karcan is one of the first domestic cutting tool manufacturer of Turkey and recorded as the first special tool designer.
