Kardel

Kardel was born in 1987, during the early days of institutional closures. There was no grand vision, only a desire to participate in the development of community-based services for people with developmental disabilities. Since our beginning, we have been committed to person-centred supports that respect individual choice. Kardels services have gradually diversified, an evolution made possible by the hard work, dedication, and creativity of many wonderful people.
