Karimun Power Plant

Karimun Power Plant is a Renewable Energy power plant with a capacity of up to 40 MW, utilizing a combination of Solar PV, Biomass, and Battery power. This project is designed as a 100% emission-free power plant, supporting the governments program to achieve Net Zero Emission (NZE) by 2060. From 2023 to 2024, we are constructing a 10 MW Hybrid system consisting of solar, battery, and biomass power with an investment value of USD 20,000,000. The development will continue in phases until the capacity reaches 40 MW, with a total investment value of USD 75,000,000. This power plant not only focuses on clean energy but also has a positive impact on the surrounding community. We will employ up to 200 workers and repurpose biomass industry waste by involving many local SMEs around the plant area in the Riau Islands. With our commitment to sustainability and innovation, Karimun Power Plant is ready to be a pioneer in providing clean and renewable energy in Indonesia
