Karin Herzog is the world leader in oxygen skincare. In 1974, after years of scientific research based on stabilization of oxygen, Dr Paul Herzog came up with a formula, never discovered before, based on two leading innovations : - encapsulating and stabilising the oxygen molecule in an emulsion - a formulation enabling oxygen contained within an emulsion, to be released as gas upon contact with the skin, thus generating pressure to deliver the oxygen deep within the dermis.
