KARM Fellowship For Young Indian Women is an Educational Institute with a difference. Womens higher education, career support and mentoring is of critical importance to the individual, society and the country. Because its impact will reduce gender gap and crime against women, along with bolstering the economy and giving voice to the many who have generationally been voiceless. KARM Theory of Change Were dedicated to advancing womens economic empowerment through lasting careers of choice, fostering a confident workforce that enhance gender equality. It will establish a network of women who will support each other and pay it forward, thereby bringing about positive societal shift.
