Katalyst India, an award-winning NGO, stands for the economic empowerment of women. Our four-year program prepares young women in STEM for leadership roles through a blend of unique development interventions. With over a decade of impact made, we aim to empower more women to become leaders of tomorrow! PRIMARY OBJECTIVES To enhance employability of girl students, and to raise their capacity to command a higher annual salary. To empower talented girls to take on roles of leadership and innovation and participate in the process of community building.
