Since the foundation of Kav Mashve in 2007, it has become one of the leading organizations empowering and integrating Arab graduates of higher education into high-quality employment while promoting them for management, leadership, and influential positions in leading companies in the Israeli economy. Kav Mashve is the only organization that focuses on the promotion of Israeli Arab managers who can act as role models for coming generations and influential agents for change, ultimately promoting diversity, economic growth, and a shared society overall. Through Kav Mashves 5-year Strategic Plan from 2021, we strive to directly assist 500 senior Arab managers to advance in their careers, creating a ripple effect that leads to the promotion of 3000 managers within a decade.
