Kavach is a holistic mental health app for adolescents. Adolescence is a difficult transition period between childhood and adulthood but it is especially difficult in times of today where adolescents are more susceptible to mental health issues than ever before, due to the rise of technology, social media, cyberbullying, peer pressure, academic pressure, identity conflicts and substance abuse. In most cases these modern days they dont have a solid support system . Moreover, they have limited access to the right kind of guidance or content which can help them work through these problems. Kavach aims to address these gaps by providing access to customisable, positive, self-help content related to adolescents as well as a community wherein they can meet like-minded individuals and share their feelings, stories and experiences. Finally, they can access professional help. However, the app is not for those with clinical disorders, it is for adolescents and has both Web2 & Web3 versions
