KDC Group (Kent Dairy Company Ltd)

Kent Dairy Company was formed in 2010 by Dave Terry and operated from a farm in Kent, with just 12 customers. The vision of the company was to become the Dairy Foodservice provider of choice where customer service was at the forefront of every delivery. Being the sole owner, Dave encouraged family members to join him on the journey with his mother looking after the accounts and Nadine, his eldest daughter managing the day-to-day administration and Jade, his youngest daughter, who had a flair for selling, took on the role of Sales and Marketing. Fast forward 12 years, and the Kent Dairy Company now operates 5 distribution centres in Kent, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Somerset and Suffolk with each living and breathing the same ethos as Dave instilled when he started his journey.
