KeenEye is a software development house that uses best of breed agile and lean methodologies to create great products. We have 3 models that which are : staff augmentation, remote agile teams or project based development. These 3 different approaches are often used at different phases of a project or based on specific corporate culture and/or need. Most of our partners are startups or companies that are ramping up a new product. For these often a project based solution is good as it allows them to get out a POC or MVP out. Then for the long haul development setting up a remote agile team is often the next step. Our in-house staffing option is best suited for larger Blue chip clients. For both staffing and remote agile teams our reactivity and the quality of our team members is very high.
