His clients would ask him where they could purchase property insurance whenever they purchased a property through him. In 1957, Ken decided to get his insurance brokers license, so that his company would be a one stop shop for purchasing properties and insurance. Over the years, Ken expanded his clientele, not only servicing those in the Etobicoke area, but all across Canada.
