We started working on our idea of incorporating a solution-focused and action-oriented practice, applying both analysis & intuition to the existing recruitment practices and strategies for maximum profitability. By 2017, we were fully functioning with our first client a company dealing with US tax services (a Fortune 1000 company). Our challenge was to set up captives for a Global tech center in Trivandrum, which was our opportunity to setup software development teams of experts in various technologies.
