Kerala Youth Leadership Academy (KYLA)

Kerala Youth Leadership Academy (KYLA) is a new institution of the Government of Kerala, that aims to nurture leadership amongst the youth in the state. It is chaired by the Honble Chief Minister and works under the General Administration Department (GAD). KYLA is the first of its kind Government Leadership Institute in the country to transform our youth into socially and potentially viable inclusive leaders of the future who are receptive and accommodative to the changes around. This potentially growing institution aims to build capacities, perspectives and attitudes of the Kerala youth enabling them to think and be better civic-conscious leaders and state-of-the-art agents in values and ethics.
