Keychange is a global movement that counts the discounted, bringing women and gender minorities in the music industry to the main stage. Launched in 2017 with support from Creative Europe and a growing collective of like-minded partners and sponsors, Keychange is accelerating change around the world. We do this through a holistic talent development programme which takes action to empower talented women and gender minority artists and innovative music industry professionals.
