KGI Sekuritas Indonesia was formed in 1989 under the name of PT HarumDana Sekuritas. We have once voted as The Best Local Broker (2008) according Investor Magazine before KGI Securities Co. Ltd., Taiwan (KGI), through its subsidiary, KGI Capital Asia Limited, Hong Kong (KGICA), acquired of 99% shareholding of PT Hasta Dana Sekuritas Indonesia (HDSI) from PT HD Capital Tbk (the Acquisition). Upon approval from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) on 29 April 2016, HDSI has officially become a member of KGI group and renamed to PT KGI Sekuritas Indonesia (KGI Sekuritas Indonesia). KGI Sekuritas Indonesia have Stock Brokerage and Underwriting Licenses and also a member of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI).
