Our crew manning center was originally founded as an exclusive affiliated partner of the Institute of Postgraduate Education Odessa Maritime Training Centre Kherson Branch which allows us toa constantly increase our database of seafarers ensuring our candidates to be certified and issued legal documents in compliance with STCW-78, as amended, IMO, ISM, ISPS, regulations and shipowners special requirements.
