KiBO Foundation is a Social Enterprise, Founded in Canada - 2006, Registered as an NGO in Uganda - September 2007 and in Canada as a Charity - 2008. KiBO Foundation has developed a consistent track record, solid reputation and corresponding awards* and recognition* for empowering youth with the Foundational skills to Get Jobs, Create Jobs and Build their Communities through Service-Leadership in order to address Ugandas chronic youth unemployment and disengagement problems. KiBO has a 7 year track record of delivering a high impact work readiness program that has seen a 96 percent *engagement rate of its alumni. KiBO Foundation is a key partner of Microsoft and lead implementer of Intels global She Will Connect Program and Ciscos Community Knowledge Center Initiative in Uganda.
