Curated live comedy with a focus on quality, community, and unique voices. Were a non-profit, all-inclusive space for Portlands comedy scene to perform, collaborate, and learn. We strive to break down the barriers to seeing and doing comedy and help make PDX comedy inclusive and undeniable! Expect funny people, unique voices, weird sh*t, and affordable classes and shows. MISSION: To transform and enrich the lives of performers and audiences through comedy. We address the ongoing needs of the community and its diverse perspectives through dynamic shows and community outreach eventscreating equity across our organization and beyond while providing opportunities for performance, education, and laughter. VISION: A thriving, diverse, equitable and representational comedy scene that compensates performers, and establishes Kickstand and its fans as an iconic institution in the Pacific Northwest
