Kilroy McDonalds

Kilroy Family McDonalds is a Cincinnati Family owned franchise organization. Starting in 1968, Bill Kilroy began as a crew member at a McDonalds in Cleveland, Ohio. Bill worked his way through the ranks of McDonalds, which then led him to the opportunity of owning his own McDonalds in Oakland, California. In 2001, his family made the decision to move back to Ohio, where he purchased restaurants in the Cincinnati area. Until his retirement in 2021, Bill mentored many community and industry leaders, including his two sons Brian and Michael. Just as their father started as a crew person, Brian and Michael did the same. Beginning their careers, working their way up from the bottom, they learned about the business inside and out.
