King Steel is a structural steel fabricator located northeast of Atlanta, GA. Our accreditations include the American Institute of Steel Constructions (AISC) certification of BU: Certified Building Fabricator, as well as the American Welding Societys (AWS) certification of Certified Welding Fabricator. We employ a full-time AWS Certified CWI Level 2 UT and Level 2 MT inspector, as well as three other inspectors to ensure that the quality of fabrication meets or exceeds the requirements specified in the contract documents. Our facility has approximately 75,000 sf under roof, utilizing 4 overhead cranes with capacities ranging from 10 to 25 tons, as well as several CNC machines to perform operations such as drilling, plasma cutting, punching, milling, sawing, and shearing.
