CREI Ven was founded in 1995 as a non-profit private law consortium by a group of leading companies from Veneto (Italy), benefiting from an active collaboration with the University of Padua, with which it had the opportunity to pursue its primary objective: the provision of industrial research services for the business world. Over time, however, the research activities have been reduced in size, while the services of the laboratory have found increasing interest.
