We have experience as appraisers and consultants for 40 years and have experience in handling clients from Government, Banks, Public Institutions, and Corporate. Starting from PT. Actual Kencana Appraisal (AKA) which was established in 1984, based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 125/PMK.01/2008 concerning Public Appraisal Services, then in 2007-2008 it was transformed into the KJPP Toto Suharto & Rekan. Almost all appraisers and consultants in KJPP TnR are members of MAPPI, an organization that oversees appraisal professionals. Until now, we continue to strive to improve human resources by taking part in Appraiser Certification, Professional Courses and In House Training. We have 11 branch offices that are committed to fulfilling customer satisfaction by providing the best and quality service to all stakeholders by upholding the professional code of ethics and independence required in the SPI and other related regulations
