At Kladesholmen we manufacture herring and fishspread. Most famous is our delicious pickled herring. Herring from Kladesholmen is enjoyed in many forms, both in Sweden and abroad. We manufacture a wide range of salted, spiced and marinated herring products. Everything from Swedish Classics as Pickled herring, Onion and Mustard herring obvious elements of the Swedish culinary tradition and exciting new flavors as Cajun herring, Blackcurrant herring and others. As a consumer you can find today the products under our brands Kladesholmen and Alax. A large part of our production is sold to customers who distributes the products in their own brand, known as Private Label.
