K&M is an international transaction and engineering advisory firm. Since its creation in 1987, K&M has been the Lead Transaction Advisor on 19 IPP/PPP power plant projects that reached financial closure. Ten of these were the first IPPs in their respective countries. K&M has served as Owners Engineer on 14 power plants with a total capacity of 5.9GW. K&Ms Owners Engineer work includes feasibility studies, technical due diligence, EPC procurement, design review and construction supervision. K&M is different from conventional advisory firms. K&M built its experience by working on the development or acquisition of power plants in which K&M successfully invested its own capital. K&Ms advice is based on having been exposed to, and successfully resolving, similar needs as those faced by K&Ms clients.
