KM Advocates & Associates is a Ugandan Law firm solely engaged in two practice areas; (i) Enabling foreign Profit and Non Profit to establish and operate effectively in Uganda, The firm provides all the legal and consultancy services that are critical to enabling foreign profit and nonprofit to establish successfully and achieve their objectives in Uganda. We essentially handle all the legal compliance issues relating to the establishment and operation of Foreign Profit and Non Profit in Uganda. (ii) Implementation of Development Programs in Uganda. The firm is involved in the designing and Implementation of Livelihood/self-sustenance programs in Uganda. The firms Livelihood/self sustenance intervention constitutes a set of tailor made business support services that are critical to the running of any SMEs profitably.
