Knight Hacks

Knight Hacks is a 36-hour hackathon and has been part of the Major League Hacking, the official student hackathon league, for the last two seasons. A hackathon is best described as an inventing marathon where students interested in technology come together to learn, develop their skills, and create. Students work around-the-clock in teams of up to four to develop a project before the end of the weekend. The environment of a hackathon is overwhelmingly positive, supportive, and educational. Its not just senior-level computer science majors in attendance Knight Hacks welcomes students of all backgrounds, skill levels, and academic majors. We provide mentors, workshops, hardware to experiment with, access to APIs and cloud services, prizes, and most importantly, food! Above all, what makes Knight Hacks special is that is 100% free-of-charge for all attendees, making the opportunity to learn available to everyone
