Konecta UK is essentially the newest division of Grupo Konecta, the #1 provider of outsourced contact centre and business processing services in Spain, Latin America and United Kingdom In the UK, Konecta represents a genuinely different type of contact centre service partner - one that possesses both the agility, appetite and creativity associated with a new entrant, and the deep resources and experience associated with a tier 1 provider. This is evident in the three contracts we have secured since mid-2016, with major brands in the utility, public and retail sectors. Ranging in scale from 15 to 300fte, each contract involved bidding against then transitioning services from existing providers whose performance or appetite had faltered, to purpose-procured sites (Milton Keynes and Glasgow) and agent teams led by client sector experienced management.
