Our company was founded in 1992 as a business entity - a natural person. Scopes was a locksmith and metal, initially in very cramped conditions. Later, the scope of the company developed and launched production of bicycle frames, including powder coating komaxit for domestic customers. In 2002, given the very cheap Chinese imports suppressed production of frames, and the company vigorously sought a new production program. At this time we used existing technology and scooter production started at the beginning of our own design and destined for children.
