We at Koykan think that people deserve better food while not compromising on their busy schedules and restricted budget. Koykan is a multi-channel, fast, casual restaurant chain serving affordable food which is healthy and tasty. We provide fast service in a cosy setting, with environment friendly packaging to modern consumers around the world. The company currently operates 6 restaurants in Zagreb, Croatia, with two more to open in Split and Zadar by the end of the year. Koykan is also preparing for an expansion to the EU market, looking to open first stores in Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia. Using our fast cloning, low-cost store setups and franchising, we aim to disrupt the EU fast-casual space and operate more than 100 new stores by the end of 2030
