KRC is a truly unique company in the machine tool industry. Founded in 1989 by Thomas Luzak, an industrial engineer with an MBA from Syracuse University, the company fosters a strong work ethic by practicing open-book management with significant profit sharing for all employees. As the company grew, additional space was required. In 1997, KRC expanded its state-of-the-art facility to 35,000 square feet, complete with high bays, heavy floors, 15 ton, and 20 ton overhead cranes, machining capabilities, and steam cleaning and paint booths.
