KYDS Youth Counselling

KYDS is a community-based non-profit that provides free, accessible mental health support to young people aged 10-18 and their families. Conveniently located, and with no requirement for a doctors referral or mental health care plan, we make it easy to get support, at a time when young people may feel they have nowhere to turn. Our services include individual counselling, family-based interventions, parenting intervention, therapeutic group sessions and well-being programs. We also deliver early intervention presentations in school and community settings and offer regular free webinars
