Our Universitys history dates back to the 1930s when Kyrgyzstan underwent transformation. Despite political challenges, Yusup Abdrakhmanov focused on developing agriculture. The Zooveterinary Institute was established to address agricultural needs, followed by the Faculty of Agronomy in 1938. Over the years, the University expanded to include faculties of hydromelioration, agricultural mechanization, and economics. It has trained over 60,000 specialists for the agro-industrial complex.
