The Laboratory of Public Policy and Internet (LAPIN) is a pioneer nonprofit think tank dedicated to digital policy based in the Brazilian capital of Brasilia. Researchers, lawyers, engineers and representatives from both the public and the private sectors contribute to LAPINs goal of analyzing and supporting the development of public policies focused on the regulation of digital technologies.
