Lactalis Macedonia is a company composed of three legal entities that operate as a whole. It became part of the Lactalis Group in 2007. Lactalis MK Dairy is the heart of the company. Established in 1997, as Ideal-Shipka, the Dairy has managed to introduce many innovations and conquer the market with dairy products, both in Macedonia and in the countries to which it exports. The main task of the Dairy is to buy milk with the best quality and microbiological characteristics, to process it and to produce from it dairy products that will satisfy the tastes of consumers, and will also be in accordance with the strict rules and regulations of safety standards of food, such as HACCP and ISO 22000. Lactalis MK deals with the sale of products produced in the Dairy, as well as the purchase and sale of products produced in other members of the Group.
