For 15+ years, we have provided free job search support and coaching to thousands of job seekers in the Portland metro area. Our job seekers have landed jobs at Nike, Intel, and countless other companies and organizations. We offer a structured method that takes the overwhelming process and breaks it down into manageable steps. Guiding you through the process are our volunteer mentors, primarily retired professionals with years of experience conducting their own successful job searches (in addition to hiring others). Mentors provide the 1-on-1 coaching that keeps job seekers on track as they progress through their searches.
