Lake Linganore Association, Inc

The Lake Linganore Association, Inc. (LLA) is a homeowners association (HOA) chartered in 1968 by original developer John William Brosius, Jr. The purpose of the LLA is to administer the operation of association business, oversee the maintenance of common grounds, lakes, and infrastructure, while providing a safe and secure living environment for the community members. Eaglehead is the name of the community itself, though it is frequently called by the name of the large lakeLake Linganore that resides at the center of the development. Residents of Eaglehead, also referred to as LLA Members collectively support the maintenance of infrastructure, amenities and common property through the payment of Annual Dues. Lake Linganore Association Members purchase a lifestyle that includes private amenity access and exclusive services.
