LAR Ltd was founded in 1997 after a management buyout of Laing Asbestos Removal part of John Laing Construction Ltd, having held a license since 1985. As a result, LAR has over 30 years experience in the removal of asbestos, having safely and effectively carried out projects across the UK, Europe and Africa, with project values up to 3.5 million. With our Head Office based in Stockport, Greater Manchester, we have our own in-house service facility supplying our operatives with a range of specialist equipment. Our business also benefits from having its own waste transfer station and the company is accredited with both an Environment Agency Waste Management Licence and a Waste Carriers Licence.
